We are going to Florida in October, for a week, and want to take advantage of our 2 year, all park Anheiser Busch season's passes by visiting Seaworld one day. Which day (Monday-Friday) would be the best as far as low crowds? We will be there the 3rd week of October.

Thanks:)

This probably won't help, but at least it is a reply. Our very best days at Seaworld (and this has happened to us twice, believe it or not) is to go when a tropical storm is passing nearby. We had the park to ourselves, every show went on as scheduled, it was cool etc... So, maybe you could play it by ear and pick a rainy day. Every show and exhibit is either inside or has covered seating. They only closed the space needle (but they didn't have Kraken yet.) We had annual passes and went a lot, and I think there is really no BAD day. They just don't have all the slow-loading rides that are at the other theme parks.

Thanks LKS... of course I am a big coaster fan, so I really don't want it to be raining. Nothing more miserable than riding a 70 mph coaster in rain...feels like you are being sandblasted. We are going for me to ride the coasters and DD and DH to see the exhibits.

You are aware that Seaworld is MOSTLY shows and exhibits? The only coaster is Kraken and Journey to Atlantis is like Splash Mountain. I still love it there, but I wouldn't go for just the coasters. Just FYI.

We were there this past Sept. (in Florida from Sept. 9th thru 23rd) and we went to Sea World on a Thursday.. It was pretty empty - but then of course people weren't traveling at that time.. I was talking to a worker though and she said that Thursdays are usually a good day anyhow - MUCH more crowded on Friday, Sat. & Sunday.. It's hit or miss I guess but if it were me I think I'd try a Wednesday or a Thursday..

Have a great time! I LOVE Sea World!!! :)

We've been in October in the past, there is no crowded days. We walk right through the lines with no more than a 10 minute wait at disney. Maybe not for the very popular/new attractions. We were at SW this christmas with the police discount and still didnt have a long wait.

I am aware that Seaworld is mostly shows and exhibits, but since it is included in our Busch Gardens season passes, and my DD and DH like the exhibits, I figured we would take a rest day from the "World" and go. The 2 rollercoaster type rides will be enough to keep me happy, I am sure.

Leslieh, thank you for the info... midweek sounds about perfect... we will need a slower day by then...!:D
