Which dates are most difficult to book?

I was wondering if Easter week, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years was the most in demand. Any opinions would be great.

I'd definetly have to say Christmas week.

The first 2 weeks of December are difficult, especially at BWV. I always call day by day at 11 months for my standard 1 bedroom. It is the lowest point season and the all the Christmas activities are in full swing.
