Which CS DON't have kids menus?

I'm NOT going to use a adult credit for a child, but I figure it'll be easier for the two kids to share if DD can order off the adult menu? (And maybe I'll get to eat my own dessert myself!)

From the Disney Dining Plan FAQ:

I understand that where there is no child menu, children can order off the regular menu. Which CS locations do not have a separate child menu?

I know someone will correct me if I am wrong, but when we were there last month, we were happy that the Fish and Chips stand at England in Epcot simply had fish and chips meals -- so our son was able to get the same meal DH and I did (DS is a huge fish and chips fan). I do not believe there were any kid meals offered there.
