Which counter offers the ribs and chicken basket?

The subject line kinda sums it up, but I remember a rib and chicken basket that is part of the dining plan. Just wondering where that is...cuz I want some!

Cosmic Ray's is the best value for DDP.
I think its about a $20 lunch.
The chicken is really good but I'm not much of a rib eater, so I can't say if they are really good or not.
