Just remember, CR has 2 level of concierge, lite on 12th (Tower Club) and full on 14th.

after hearing so many negative reviews on GF main, i don't know if i should go ahead to book GF, as you know it is the most expensive out of all the rest

AKL for the sole reason of the sunrise/sunset safari. Other than that perk, concierge isn't for me.

The only desire I ever had to stay at a concierge is to do the Sunrise/Sunset safari.

Other than that, I have no real use for concierge services. I'd rather spend a few more days at a regualr room rate, or spend more on good meals and souvenirs.

well there's that...but obviously you guys haven't seen the kick butt cappuccino machine in the Concierge Lounge!

reason enough for me to LOVE AKL concierge!

plus the staff is awesome.

I have only done YC and AKL Conc but have done reading and looking at pic of all the others.

I picked AKL hands down. The Sunrise Safari is great but I love the lounge itself. Love being high above the lobby. Love the furniture. Dark woods, wicker, comfy couches and tables. Big screen TV. Sunlight flooding in and the big windows looking out to the back of the lodge and the savannah.

It's the best resort experience I've ever had!

I've stayed CL at WL, Polynesian, AKL, and GF Sugar, and AKL was by far the best followed by the Polynesian.

My one and only concierge experience was AKL. And boy did we milk it! I just about turned into a cappucino (mildly doctored in the evenings of course).

This splurge was definitely worth the moolah.

The AKL Conci. Coffee Machine is the best ever anywhere. I drank it all day. All photos of that trip are the best ever of me. I look so happy and alert!
