I would really like to try concierge so starting a little research. What I'd really like to know is which is most kid friendly (4 and 8 year olds) - along with pretty good food offerings and a nice lounge area.

Would like to hear your thoughts and experiences! Is there one that you think combines these three things well?

Thanks!

Poly, Poly, Poly! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Poly because it is a monorail resort and you'll probably be spending the most amount of time in MK.

Poly because when you arrive at the concierge building for greeting (check-in) they'll give the kids leis and buckets and shovels for the beach. (make sure to ask if they don't!)

Poly because the lounge in Hawaii has little chairs for kids and a low table with snacks, such as cookies , pbj sandwiches and buckets of m&ms and gummi worms. And a TV with cartoons on all the time. :earsgirl: :earsboy:

Also, we enjoyed heading back to the room at 7:30 and heading to the concierge lounge. Watched the fireworks with wine in hand! HEAVEN :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

I have to agree with dizcrazy. At that age, the Poly. It seemed less formal than our YC and BC stays. AKL is also more kid friendly but with the ages of your children, I imagine you will be spending a lot of time at the MK. The monorail is great to get to the MK and you are close to the TTC to hop the monorail to Epcot. Poly also has my favorite cookies of a concierges. (At least I hope they still have them. We are returning to the Poly for the first time in 4 years this summer!) Happy Shopping!

My daughter 7 had a great time playing in the Poly Lounge with 5 new friends one evening. We all watched Wishes together and you can see Tinker Bell's green light has she takes flight from the castle.

Wow, everyone likes the Poly. Thanks for the replies. That might just be best for us. We stayed there once (not concierge) and I enjoyed it but I was sick a lot of time and really didn't get to explore the resort much. Didn't even see the pool. It would be fun to go back :)

Thanks everyone!

I'm so glad Poly got the thumbs up for kids. We just booked our stay there, and I know DH and I will love it, but I was thinking about the 2 DS's.

We also just booked the Poly for September and this just confirms that we made a great decision! WE ARE VERY EXCITED!!
