I can't do RRR. It banged my head around so hard I cried. Gave me a migraine. I can't handle bad vibrations.
Before the refurb, Hulk was too jerky for me as well, but I've found that after the refurb, if I sit in the front, I can handle it now. There are a few moments where it can cause me some discomfort, but overall I'm ok. I can't do it more than once.
Mummy is the best in my opinion, and if you are going to wait in a queue, the Mummy is one of the best. We try to do the regular queue at least once each trip. Lots of neat stuff to look at, fun storyline, and a few interactive activities sprinkled in along the way. Have the kinds find and activate the "protection" spell before riding to keep them safe.
Mummy is an actual coaster just with animatronics and special effects. Parts of it kind of remind me of Rock N Roller Coaster at Disney. It just starts and stops a few times instead of being continuous, so you aren't really going non stop full out the whole time. However, that's what I like about it because just as it starts getting to me, we stop for a little while. My brain can then recover and be ready to go again. It doesn't give my brain time to really start hurting.
You do need to know when to brace yourself; though, as there are a couple of abrupt stops that can really slam you around if you aren't expecting them. First time I rode it, I hated it because of that. But now that I know when to brace, it's fine, and I love it. Also, there are a couple of moments that do get a little bad, but they end so quickly that I can tolerate them. I can usually do it 2 to 3 times in a row before I have to stop.
