I have read of people having problems doing this, so I am trying to get good info.

Have one day tickets that I want removed from KTTW card, because I am planning to upgrade GAD.

Who/where can this be done easily?

TIA!

The resort concierge is SUPPOSED to be able to do this. Unfortunately quite a few reports show that some number them don't know how or are unwilling.

Alas, they need to do it to avoid potentially messing with your DDP credits if you have it.

Any ticket booth should be able to do it otherwise.

We were able to do it at Pop in October, most CMs are afraid to try if your on a dining plan, but it is possible.

I also tried to get a CM at Pop to do this for us one year when using the free ddp and could not get a CM to do this. I'm wondering if you could just do this on your last day after your ddp credits are gone? I ended up taking my room cards and writing on them with a sharpie to remind myself that there was a one day ticket still left on it. OP, if you upgrade your GAD voucher, you don't have to have your new ticket on your room card. While I know it's a little easier, it's not a must.

Yes, you can wait. It really doesn't matter at that point - you CAN just keep the KTTW card - the ticket entitlement remains good if unused. You just want to make sure you NEVER put the KTTW card in a turnstile during this trip.
