Which cheese platter?

I can't remember everything that's on the All Hands on Deck - but it helped me to see the picture of the gift plate. I have no idea if the All Hands on Deck changes from cruise to cruise, but this is what was on it when we sailed in January:

(forgive my utter lack of knowledge of the names of cheese, please )
Those little round cheeses in the orange wax(which we buy at home now, my daughter loved them.) Babybel
Brie cheese (I'm almost positive it was brie, if it wasn't, it was similar. It actually looks like it was a slice of the cheese in the middle of this plate.) Yep its Brie
Grapes
American Cheddar
and I think another hard cheese.I think it's Leadammer (sp is appauling here sorry)
And various crackers.

We also got hooked on the All Hands On Deck cheese platter on our recent 7 day cruise. Like other posters have mentioned it was different each day.

When we returned home we started buying different cheeses including the baby bell cheese (in the red wax) to remind us of our trip. We make our own platter and even came up with a name. We call it the "Its 5'oclock Somewhere cheese platter". My daughter will say "Do you want an It's 5 o'clock Somewhere chesse plate Mommy?" It's a small way to relive our great cruise.

What a great idea. I might have to borrow that idea. I was thinking when we return from our Sept. cruises, I would make my daughter a cheese platter for her school lunch on occasion as a special reminder and treat.
