Disneland 1951 has a picture of Agent P, Perry the Platypus at the Phineas and Ferb M&G in DL.

Hold the phone! There is a Phineas and Ferb M&G? Where is this and how long has it been there? I'm gonna have to make a special trip just for this!

We were there about ten days ago and as two adults, we weren't going out of our way to look for characters, but here's the ones I remember seeing:

--Halloween Mickey, Minnie & Donald on the main square
--Regular Pluto on the square
--Cruella de Ville on the square
--Mary Poppins & Bert just walking through the area at the end of main street
--Snow White walking in front of the castle
--Bandleader Mickey leading the band toward main street
--Jack Skellington by the haunted mansion
--Jessie & Woody in the petting zoo
--Pooh & Eyeore in critter country

We really like how many more characters are available and less 'handled' at DLR than at WDW!

Sorry I missed the other part of your question. They (Phineas, Ferb and Perry) have been on the Plaza Gardens Stage during the parties. This is to the left and in front of the Castle from the hub.

She was only out at the Halloween Party last year. I had to ask a CM that night when she will be out. He acted like he did not have a schedule. When I clued him in that I knew he had one and that I will be standing in line all night to meet her he pulled it out and let me know. Also the line got so much longer when she was up. Be sure to be in line early. We let people go in front of us until she came up. I was not going to lose my chance to meet the mistress of all evil.

This may sound sick, but I actually both tickets for TWO Halloween parties just to make sure if she's there, we get her. I'm that serious.

Jack Skellington was in New Orleans area taking pictures this morning. We heard his wife (girl friend?) Sally was to be there later. He was very cool with our kids.

Here's a picture.

Also got picture of stormtroopers during the Halloween party. My daughter was dressed as Hermione and she put a dancing spell on one of them and he broke out some cool dance moves (although you can't tell in the photo). They really get it!

Yesterday, at the villains area near It's a Small World, I saw:
Sheriff of Nottingham (rarely see him)
Queen of Hearts
Wicked Stepmother (Queen) from Snow White

Last spring I saw Evil Queen by the wishing well/Snow White statue area.

In August we saw a stormtrooper threatening the popcorn vendor who was selling the R2D2 popcorn containers.

We saw Ariel dressed in a wedding type dress, and she saw a little girl carrying an Ariel doll. she then took the girl by the hand and walked her over to an area where she spoke to her one on one, it was amazing.

Overall the characters are SO much more engaging at DL vs WDW, and usually don't have "handlers" either.

Oh we got in line to meet Pluto and Goofy, who were posing together. No reason, just thought it was funny to see this pair together. As we started to pose (3 adult women, no kids) Cruella came out. She made all these comments funny comments about them not being the kind of dogs she likes, etc. We got a photo with all 3, Cruella, Pluto, and Goofy. She left right after that, so only our group got that shot......

We were at the party last night...

Villains at the IASW plaza were Evil Queen (pre-hag), Cruella, and Jafar. We had seen and posed with Cruella near Mr Lincoln's right as we had walked in, so doubled up on that.

Peter Pan, Wendy, and Hook were at the Pirates deal, and Jack Sparrow was there for a short time although we just missed him.

Of course Jack and (sometimes) Sally in NOS.

Jesse rotating with Woody in Big Thunder Ranch.

Minnie and Mickey in Halloween garb outside of BTR.

Stormtroopers near the Buzz Lightyear shop.

The one that surprised me was Buzz in Tomorrowland Terrace dancing with Green Men but only a few people were out with them; easily accessible for pictures and experiences.

Winnie the Pooh (in costume), and any combination of Eeyore, Tigger, and Rabbit in Pooh's Corner.

Duffy on Main Street as people were exiting.

- Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter (walking through the crowd)
- the Evil Queen from Snow White
- the Queen of Hearts

Has anybody seen Snow White? We are actually in CA right now. Tomorrow is our MHP and my dd would love to meet her. I haven't seen her around. Any help?
