Which characters cannot sign an autograph book?

I know some characters cannot sign an autograph book (like King Louie) and others sign with a stamp (like Buzz). Which ones cannot sign a book at all?

We just came back and we met thirty two different characters. The only one that didn't sign was Beast.

Thank you! I actually looked there first but couldn't find this info. I figured he had to have it. That's my go-to site for character info.

Thank you so much! I would not have guessed that Vanelope couldn't sign. And I had no idea that Buzz in HS can sign!

I should have added that Ralph & Vanelope have little cards that have their picture and signatures on them. They handed those out instead of autographs.

Buzz did sign for us last week, but I thought I MAY have seen a stamp on the table as well??? So hopefully I'm not leading you astray

Also, I just looked at the Kenny the Pirate list and he shows Mr. Incredible as usually stamping. He signed his autograph for us last week, as well. I'm definitely not going to disagree with Kenny - he's pretty much the master of character M&G's - but just wanted to mention Mr. Incredible did sign for us last week, so be prepared for him to sign just in case

Sometimes. Sometimes he has been injured fighting Zurg so he has to stamp.

Huh. When I was on the Disney Fantasy, Buzz stamped my book Ralph and Vanellope gave cards instead. If I had known, I could have put it away.

When we went in Feb 2014, Buzz at HS used a stamp

Sometimes Buzz signs and sometimes he stamps there, no way of knowing in advance.

This debate pops up every 6 months or so, it hasn't started here yet so I thought I'd jump in front of it...

Beast CAN sign, but does not at Be Our Guest. He was hit and miss in France, it was quicker to just have Belle do it.

Can I ask here if Buzz and Sheriff Woody talk? My son has been dying to meet them forever! He will think it's strange if they only mime or if the voices sound too dissimilar to the voices in the movie.
