Which characters cannot sign an autograph book?

Can I ask here if Buzz and Sheriff Woody talk? My son has been dying to meet them forever! He will think it's strange if they only mime or if the voices sound too dissimilar to the voices in the movie.

Buzz and Woody do not talk. Mickey in Town Square Theater and face Characters (Princesses, Tremaines, Peter Pan, etc.) are the only ones who talk.

They do not talk in the parks. We have told kids in the past that only other toys can actually hear them speak. It's why Woody didn't talk to Andy on the phone in the beginning of the third movie, Andy couldn't have heard him anyway.
