Which characters can not sign autographs?

Other than the Beast & King Louie, which characters can not sign autographs? I know Buzz & Woody use a stamp but they do get to add to the autograph book.

I'm pretty sure King Louie's the only one I came across last time (didn't see Beast) that couldn't sign. I saw him twice, and both times I asked him to sign

When we were there, Mike and Sulley couldnt sign for us Just photo..

But boy what a cute photo!!

Back in February, my kids got King Louie to sign their books while we were in the AK.

Don't know if Mike and Sully can sign.

The Ewoks (from Star Wars) can't sign autographs.

From my experiences, these characters can't sign autographs:

King Louie
Carnataurus
Conniesaurus
Mike from Monsters, INC
Sully from Monsters, INC
Goliath the Gargoyle
Goliath the Lion (not sure but think I read that)
Rolie Polie Olie
Zowie
Bullseye (I think he can't sign since he has hoofs!)

These characters have stampers:

Buzz Lightyear
Woody
Kermit
Miss Piggy

Also, Beast and Mr. Penguin sometimes sign, sometimes don't. Sounds like Beast rarely signs for himself nowadays. And Mr. Penguin is a real confusing one - twice I got his autograph, and twice he refused. A real toss-up on him!

why is this? just becuase they don't feel lik eit or because they can't hold a pen? Please don't laugh! That was a serious question!

Most because they don't have use of their arms. Take Kermit. His arms are just dangly, and the fingers are so thin. There's no way he can sign.

Buzz I can never understand why he stamps. Maybe it's the whole futuristic thing - they only stamp in the future?

The Beast - his arms and hands are actually paws. No opposable thumbs. Makes it kind of hard to hold a pen.

About 2 weeks ago I saw Kuzco & Kronk at MGM, and the CM with them was telling everyone that they can't sign. Kuzco doesn't have fingers, just hooves, so he can't hold a pen.

I'm sure. Here is the photo of him with my kids and their autograph books right after he signed them. If I can get the page from their books scanned, I'll post his autograph, too.

Goliath can't sign. My 4 year old was so excited to see him this last June. We specifically bought her an autograph book just for him. Then when we got to him, the CM told us he can't sign. Made perfect sense after I looked at his hands.
