Which characters at Park Fare breakfast?

As of late, who are the characters at the 1900 Park Fare breakfast? It seems Alice is the "guarantee" but the other rotate - is that correct?

The few times we've been there we've always had Mary Poppins out front, Alice, and Pooh roaming. Other characters have been Bert (with Mary out front), Tigger (I think Pooh and one of his buddies are always there), and the Mad Hatter.

It has been about 7 years since I was there but I know that it still had Mary Poppins and Burt, Sometimes the Mad Hatter and Alice.
