Which characters are usually at 1900 Park Fare for breakfast?

Which characters are usually at 1900 Park Fare for breakfast? Any one that my 4 yo boy will be excited about?

Well, Pooh and Tigger are usually there too. Alice and the Mad Hatter are walking around too, and then Mary Poppins is usually in the lobby, greeting people.

We had the same characters last May. MP in the lobby, Alice, Mad Hatter, Pooh and Tigger walking around

When we went to 1900 Park Fare in October, there was Mary Poppins, Alice, the Mad Hatter, Pooh, and Tigger, just like all the PPs said.

Except when we were there, Mary Poppins came around to all the tables. Apparently that's kind of rare though since everyone else is saying they saw her in the lobby.
