Which characters are at which Character dining?

I assume certain characters tend to be at certain dining locations? Is there somewhere listing which characters are where?
To be honest there are some characters we've never even heard of so would really prefer a location with some of the more 'mainstream' characters. What about the likes of the Buzz Lightyear characters?
We've booked a lunch at Crystal Palace. I assume that means it's a character lunch? Who can we expect to see? We've also purchased the Memory Maker. I also assume there will be a photographer there who can take photographs?

Try here for a list of which characters are at which meal. I wish there were a Toy Story meal - my boys would flip! No such luck!

There is no meal that features the Toy Story characters.

CP does not have a photographer. When the characters visit your table you have to take your own pictures.

CRT and Akershus have characters that greet in the lobby (Cinderella at CRT, Belle at Akershus) and there is a photopass photographer there to take you picture. For the other Princesses inside those restaurants you take your own photos.

There are also photographers outside these meals:

1900 Park Fare
‘Ohana
Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
Chef Mickey’s
Tusker House Restaurant
Hoop De Doo Musical Revue

but the photos are not with characters, just in front of a back drop. As with the other meals you take your own photos inside.
