which character meal locations include Mickey Mouse?

We booked last minute and realllly want to dine with Mickey the night/afternoon we arrive. Nothing seems to be open, so I'm hoping there is a less-known Mickey dining spot that would be worth trying for. We arrive on 11/1 and I really appreciate anyone's advice.

Where have you tried? Garden Grill at Epcot would probably be the least popular one.

Mickey appears at Chef Mickey's (all meals), 'Ohana breakfast, Tusker House breakfast, and Garden Grill dinner.

'Ohana and Tusker House are options only for breakfast, so if you want afternoon or evening it needs to be one of the other two. Garden Grill does not serve lunch (dinner only - plus, you need park admission), and Chef Mickey's is now open for lunch for a limited time. (There's also reports that Mickey isn't walking around the restaurant anymore - he's available for a photo op at the front of the restaurant. There's no confirmation that this is permanent, or how long it will last).

Ditto to TDC Nala - I can't think of any outside of those 4...that's why Chef Mickey's is so popular even with kind of lousy food and high prices. Garden Grille might be your best shot, though you'd have to use a park ticket to get in. You could keep trying Chef Mickey's - try real early right when they open or real late if you are desparate.

Just a quick note we ate at CM's for breakfast recently (9/22) and Mickey was walking around as usual.

Like the PPers I can't think of any other Mickey meals and I do ditto the suggestion to keep trying and to try odd times.

One final note I don't know if Minnie would "do" in a pinch but if so there was (probably still is) a Cape May breakfast that she and some of the other Fab 5 (not Mickey as I recall) do.
