hi everyone! i am in need of some advice. my family and i will be going to wdw in april.we have a 6 year old little boy and a 3 year old little girl(who loves the princesses, especially jasmine) anyway, last year we did a bunch of character dinings these are the ones we saw:
-chef mikeys: love, plan on going this visit too
-akershus royal banquet hall: dd loved seeing the princesses, but no one liked the food so, we probably won't be returning this year
-play and dine at hollywood vine: very cute, kids loved it, but, have since grown out of those characters.
-donalds safari breakfast: hated it, definately won't do this one again.
we tried to get cinderella's table last year and it was booked. would love to give it a try, but, i know it is very hard to get. is it really worth it? is there any character dining with princess jasmine? any really good character dinings you think are a must see?

Hi,

Have a look herre for a complete rundown:

Also be aware that character meals book up very quickly. People have been making reservations for April dates since last October, so be flexible with your dates and times and maybe you will be lucky enough to find a few spots.

Crystal Palace has a great breakfast even if your kids aren't into Pooh and friends.
You might want to do the Norway meal for breakfast to hit all the princesses and change of food.
I have heard good things about Cape May but can't verify myself.

We have also done Garden Grill which I hated hated the food (but i know i am in the minority here- thought it was bland and tasteless and we had horrid service)

O'Hana Breakfast with friends- cute but nothing spectacular, but might be a good alternative esp for your ds since stitch is there.

We have eaten Akershus twice and got to visit with Jasmine both times: dinner in March 2006 and breakfast in October 2007.

The dinner food wasn't our thing either (I think I also chose poorly from the menu), but the breakfast was GREAT. We would do it again.

We always do Crystal Palace. Great food and great character interaction with Pooh and friends.

Crystal Palace has a great lunch buffet. Here's the menu:

We ate there in Nov and loved all the food and character interaction. My kids are older, 10 and 5 and they really enjoyed it!

In case your DD doesn't get to see Jasmine at a meal, she is usually near the magic carpets ride in the MK. Also, she can be found in Morocco at Epcot.
