Which cashback/points site is best?

I need to make a large purchase at Home Depot. I can't find a coupon code so I think my next option is a cashback or points. Which one is better?

I would go to cashbackmonitor.com and see who is offering the best. I normally check them out first before making any purchases online since there's several I use.
