Which building to request at GF?

DH and I will be going next Nov (kids age 4yo and about 18mo) and decided to stay at the GF. I was thinking about a lagoon view room, with hopefully a castle view, but which building should I request with the age of the kids? Also, what are the dormer rooms? We've never been to GF before so all info would be great. Thanks!

Both times I've stayed at the GF I've been in a direct castle view in Conch Cay. You'll love the rooms, they are large and spacious.

A dormer room is a room that has a vaulted ceiling instead of a flat ceiling. To some people, this makes the room feel larger than a standard room. But the dormers are actually like 4 feet smaller. Also, the patios on the dormer rooms aren't as roomy as the standard rooms. And you don't get a daybed in the dormer room either.

We had a lagoon view room in Boca Chica. It was very nice.
