We'll be staying at Port Orleans on the land portion of our land/sea package and I was trying to figure out which general area we can expect to be staying in. I know Port Orleans Riverside has two general areas: the Bayou section and the Mansion section.

I thought I also read somewhere that they typically try to keep all the cruise people together so it'll be easier for them to get the luggage for transfers. While we won't be using Disney's ground transfers, I'm assuming we'll still most likely be saying in the same building (if this assumption is correct.) Does anybody know where the Port Orleans cruise visitors typically stay? Thanks in advance.

We stayed in the mansions for our trip. I don't know if it was considered land/sea as we had booked our 7 day cruise and then a 3 day add on at POR. We did take the Disney bus and handed in all our paperwork at the cruise desk in the lobby the day before just like land/sea though. We were in the back of Acadian house near the North Depot and it was fabulous. The walk to the main building was never more than a leisurely 5 mins. Never heard any noise or anything.
