Which building at Beach Club?

This is our first time staying at Beach Club and no very little about the resort. We are booked garden view and have no trouble walking, but were curious as to what, if any request we should make.

Beach Club is one building. Typical requests would be close to lobby, close to elevator, specific floor designation, etc.

Beach Club is small enough that most of these don't really matter as you are talking a few seconds walking difference and not a few minutes in most cases.

This! All one building. There is a side closer to the Epcot entrance, and a side closer to SAB & YC (lobby is in between both) so if one of those is more important to you, then request to be close to that. We love the side by the quiet pool, which is also right near the entrance to Epcot.

There is just one "Beach Club" building (there are also the Yacht Club and the Beach Club Villas, but those are separate bookings.

For requests-

Only about 50% of the rooms at the Beach Club have full balconies. The rest are smaller, standing room (for one person) only balconies. If a balcony is important to you, that is a request you should make.

If view is important, a lot of people suggest the "Volleyball court view" as the preferred Garden View for the BC.

If location is important, request "near lobby"- that will place you in the best location for the lobby, pool and bus stops.

Near EPCOT is another request- these rooms put you near an exit that is literally about 3 minutes from the International Gateway.

The only other lodging building at the Beach Club complex is the Beach Club Villas which are a separate booking category. So if you booked a villa, you'll be in the villas. If you booked a hotel room, you'll be in the Beach Club.

We are doing a split stay BC/AKL in Aug. Where is the volleyball court? I don't remember one...or I blocked it out after too many PE classes in high school doing volleyball...
