Which bread?

My husband is wheat intollerant, but he is able to eat spelt, rye and other foods containing gluten.

Does anyone know which grocery stores (or specialist stores) in the Disney area sell wheat-free bread?

We live in the UK and I am able to get him quite a good selection of breads including fresh spelt loaves (yum) but not all wheat-free breads are nice, so which ones are good in the US and which should be avoided?
