Which Block To Choose In Alligator Bayou Por

Hi there

Hope someone out there can help me. We've booked for WDW in Oct 06, our 1st ever trip to WDW. We're travelling from the UK and want it to be a special vacation. We're staying onsite at POR for two weeks and want to choose the best building for our needs.


We would like a quiet, non smoking room, near a quiet pool and near a bus depot. I've looked at the resort map and blocks 25 and 26 look good to me - don't mind a walk to the main building. We don't really want a view of the parking lot.

Anyone with any recommendations please let me know. THanks

we were in building 15 several years back. close to the back door to the food court and close to the first bus stop. we had a bottom floor corner room that was great! however, not sure if 15 is still non smoking. (acoording to the 2004 passporter, building 15 is non smoking!) good luck!

Building 27 is lovely. Some of the rooms overlook the river, none of them overlook parking lots! The quiet pool behind 18 is but a hop, skip and jump from 27 and the main bus stop is about a 2 minute walk. You won't be sorry if you get any of those 'high-twenties' buildings.

I would suggest the block you have your eye on... seems like it would meet your needs perfectly! My brother and his wife stayed there and really enjoyed it.
