It kind of depends on what you mean by "best"...

Just for the fun of riding it...the monorail, when available or the boats, when available.
To get to the most places...the buses.
To get somewhere the fastest...the taxis.

I voted monorail because I like it the most, your question isn't really very specific because it depends what you mean by best.If you get more specific as to which is best for a certain situation then it can be answered with which is best, otherwise the only way to answer the poll is which you like more.

I voted other because my wife and I make it a point to ride all of them during our stay and usually we try and ride all of them in one day. We have taken the bus to HS then boat to Epcot and then jumped on the monorail to head over to the MK before.

As for the most efficient way to travel... Well, that depends on your resort. We would say the buses or boats but we have never stayed at a resort the monorail goes to. Buses because they are plentiful and can be relaxing. Boats because they are relaxing. Taking a ride on the monorail on a rainy day at MK or Epcot is also pretty relaxing. :thumbsup2

Monorail. Why didn't they just keep expanding it to go to all of the resorts and parks?

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

We prefer renting a car, because it's faster getting place to place, but just for fun we like the boats.

For fun...monorail, then boat.

Most efficient, bus. They can be changed and added quickly and easily as conditions and bottlenecks occur during the day.

What we prefer...car. I like to always have a seat and be in control of my own schedule.

I voted other simply because we use them all. It depends on where we are going, and where our day is starting out from...

and sometimes it depends on the weather.....This past May I was in Florida for my daughter's wedding and I planned out 1 day to go to Disney by myself.....After spending some time in the MK I decided to go shopping in the Resort hotels....the Contemporary was my last stop before heading back to my resort so I decided to get a hot drink down on the first floor.....Just when I had my drink in hand, it started to Thunderstorm (a nasty one)...at this point, I had 2 options...get back on the monorail...get off at MK, walk to the bus stop and sit on a bus soaking wet, or spend $20.00 for a taxi to my resort......:confused3 It was the best $20.00 spent that day...:rotfl2:

The monorail is actually the worst choice* because it does have delays due to mechanical failures more often than you might think and also unpredictably.

Not saying that you should never ever choose it.

* Where it is a choice.

I voted other because we like to walk whenever we can, in fact we stay at Beach Club and Boardwalk specifically so we can walk to Epcot and Studios.

I prefer boat or monorail. At least with a boat you know you are going to get to set down!On the monorail if you have to stand its not for long!

This is a stupid poll. It all depends on where you are and where you are going.

Oh really.....if you think it's stupid then move on. It's just a general question and it gets people chatting.

For me? It's buses. I like the boats but they just don't go enough places. When I stay at BWV, which is a lot, I prefer to walk to both Epcot and DHS. When I'm at WL, I do take the boat to MK but that's about it.
The monorail is almost useless lately. It has many issues and once on it, you're a hostage!! There are so many things that can impact the way the monorail operates.
The buses may not be the most 'fun' but they are the most reliable.

This made me laugh because obviously you haven't gotten stuck on a monorail while standing for 45 minutes (which seems to happen ALL the time the last few years). Once you are on that thing, you are STUCK. We actually have been using the monorails less and less over the last couple years because the problem is so frequent now.

And yes, you may have to stand on the boats (exept for the really little ones at the MK). We have also stood on them many times as well.

The only other place you are guaranteed seats is on the parking trams and a car/taxi.

I like walking from the GF to/from MK.
I like taking the boat from AK to/from YC.
I like taking the monorail from HS to Pop.
I like taking the bus from DTD to any park.

So like I said, it really depends where you are and where you are going.
