Which Belle?

At the character/princess meals is Belle all dressed up in a gown etc like Cinderella?

We saw her at Cinderella's Breakfast and Princess Storybook and each time she was in her blue dress not her fancy yellow one (too big to get around tables I would imagine).

I saw Belle in her ballgown with the Beast in the perfume shop in France at Epcot. Sooo pretty!
