I have decided to get a Baggalinni bag for this trip but can't decide which one. What is your favorite? I like cross body and not too big, so it won't get in the way on rides, but will hold my cell phone, sunglasses, lipstick, credit card, and a little cash.

Have you looked at this one? I have it and I found it to be too "thin". By thin I mean by the time I put my stuff in it it was bulging. The sides of the bag are not designed to expand. But I tend to carry a lot of stuff. Also, the closure at the top is magnetic, and my pin lanyard kept sticking to it. :rotfl:

If I had a really THIN camera and didn't carry the case for my sunglasses it might be OK. It's a nice bag, I just need something with wider sides.

I've used mine the last 2 years and have loved it. It has plenty of space but not bulky, it's light weight, and is comfortable. I've used it with and without my DSLR, in addition to 6 KTTW, a few snacks, a little money, Purell, lip balm and a small sunscreen...not to mention odds and ends that need to be thrown in by the kids at the last minute before getting on a ride. Check it out. It might be just what you're looking for.

I think this is the other one I have, but mine isn't nylon. It's leather or vinyl or something. My problem with it was that the strap kept slipping - it wouldn't stay adjusted to the proper length. I finally ended up putting one of those "First Trip" buttons on the strap to keep the clip from sliding.

I have quite a vast collection of bags in my closet that are not right for WDW. :rolleyes1

I had an Adidas mini-backpack that I LOVED, and it completely fell apart last summer. I already had it lined with clear packing tape  but then the fabric literally came unwoven so I had to retire it. Best bag EVER, and it was $7. I bought a bag in the gift shop at AKL, but alas, it also isn't exactly right.

I bought a Kipling mini backpack in December but I haven't used it at WDW yet. I am hoping it will be just the thing I need to get over the loss of my Adidas bag. :rotfl:

I have been carrying the same bag since 2001 and I was so sad that it was time to retire it....until I found this one. It has the same dimensions as my old bag with a few extra nooks and crannies.

I have done a test run and it fits my camera (which is 8 years old so by no means slim), iphone, hand sanitizer, small hand lotion, lip balm, sun glasses, fold up brush, and CC holder that I use for my id, room key, and park tickets. There is still room to put a map, my printed daily agenda (folded) and a disposable poncho. I am looking forward to trying it in June.

I have tried to carry the larger baggallini messenger bag that another poster mentioned and it was just way too big and uncomfortable for me.

ETA: If you look for this on Amazon there are some more and better pics of this bag. You can see different pics by clicking on different colors.

I am also in search of a new bag for my upcoming Disney trip. I have in the past used a very thin lightweight backpack but I love the idea of a crossbody bag or a sling bag for easy reach of items. Thank you ladies for your wonderful links. My only problem is that I am having a difficult time picking the right bag without touching and trying it out in person! I love all the ones posted!

I had the same problem before I bought mine. I didn't know about DISboards and just went with the reviews from different ones on ebags. It took me about 2 months to finally decide on 1. I'll have to admit that when I first got it I wasn't so sure about it. But after getting to the parks and getting full use of it, I've never regretted it. I've put the link again and just saw that they are 25% off! I have the black one but just may have to buy another one in a different color! Good luck and happy shopping!

I just ordered the messenger sling from ebags.com its 30% off today! I'm gonna give it a try since it's been so highly recommended on the boards!

I have the Bon Voyage bag too and it works great. It holds my phone, camera, lipstick, ID/cc/KTTW cards and a couple small snacks.
