Which Aristocat itinerary for Tortola?

We will have a 12 yr old & a 4 yr old with us. So we're more interested in swimming, beach, relaxing type itinerary, over anything rigorous or snorkeling intense. We're excited to use Aristocat, but wondering which of their itineraries are best suited for us. It'll be the NYE cruise, so January port date. I'd love to hear from anyone who's done the Aristocat charter. Thanks!
