Which are the pref rooms in CSR

Looking over the map and trying to figure out what area to request.. we do not have a preferred room. We are looking for ground floor though
What is your favorite location and why??

There are no preferred location rooms that can be booked as a seperate catagory for an extra fee at CSR.
CBR and the values do have preferred location rooms you can book.

CSR does have preferred views (water view I think)for a fee and you can request a certain building but they are only requests.

We stayed at CSR in March...We were in the buildings 7B...it was about 1/2 mile walk to the lobby area. The closest rooms if I remember correctly were in building 9... Our view in building 7B included views of the quiet pool...Very nice indeed! It's a beautiful resort!

We had a room in cabana 8b and it was great! Close to the pool and bus stop #4. The walk to the main building was short.

There are no preferred buildings but here are some good building choices.

Cabana 9b is close to bus stop 1 and the main building with a short walk to the Dig Site (main pool) over the wooden bridge. Most convenient location and most preferred.

Cabana 8a is close to the Dig Site (and playground) and bus stop 4 with a short walk to the main building. (Closest to the Pool)

Cabana 8b and 9a are in between the 2 above. 9a has a quiet pool.

Ranchos 7b has a quiet pool, is close to the Dig Site and bus stop 4 with a bit longer walk to the main building. 7b is behind cabana 8a.

Casita 3 has great courtyard and fountain views but you will have to walk or ride the internal shuttle to get to the pool.

Casita 5 has some nice fountain and lake views and is close to the Dig Site but farther from the main building.
