Which are the best reward programs out now?

I would like to get some gift certs/Disney Dollars/whatever for my Oct WDW trip. I used to do Milesource, Mypoints, RTV, LP, and still do Pinecone surveys. The only one I actually ever cashed out from was Mypoints. I am trying to save $, so I would prefer to do ones that you don't need to buy online to get enough points to cash out. I will still do Mypoints, because I will buy my home office supplies through one of their vendors. We are going in Oct, so I will have 6-7 months to rack up points. Which programs should I do?

Check out quickrewards.net and quickrewards.net and clicktothemagic.com. They both have Disney Dollars. quickrewards sends them out within a few days after request and clicktothemagic takes a few weeks. Both sites are good.
