Which are "host resorts"?

So i am trying to figure out my situation for getting to the expo- when it list transportation from host resorts -- does that mean all Disney resorts? would that include swan and dolphin?

All Disney resorts + the swan and dolphin.

Keep in mind that Swan & Dolphin normally share buses with the other Epcot resorts.
