Which AK show is better?

I find it hard to believe Nemo got so many positive posts and (at this time) 5 votes for being better than "Lion King"! I can't believe those five posters for Nemo have seen the show.

While the new Nemo show is pleasant, colorful, interesting and innovative, it is not in the same league as "Festival of the Lion King". As I sat there watching the production, I found myself thinking of ways to improve the show and the special effects. Nemo lacks the strong musical score of LK, I didn't leave the show humming any "catchy" tunes. The new building is really nice but you'll be surprised how long it takes you to get out!

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed seeing new Nemo show the first time, but once is enough for quite a while. On the other hand, "LK" is a must see when we have guests who want to visit AK. It is a show we always see whenever we go to AK.

You will want to see the new Nemo show, the puppetry is innovative, as are many of the special effects. The show is both entertaining and colorful. Kids who grew up with Nemo will enjoy it.

Better than "Lion King"? NEVER!

Well we saw it in it's first week of previews-
and sorry flyinglizard but I liked it way better than LK.

It really isn't fair to compare, there are such differences in the show, they are both great. Nemo has more of a story, and there's no real good songs from the movie to use. I have to disagree with the songs that stick in your head. I have two older dd's who won't let that stupid Big Blue World song out of my head.

I agree, plus, as most acknowledge, most have not seen the new show and if they have, they are seeing the soft opening version.

Still, it's fun to compare!

Have not seen Nemo yet, but FOTLK would be hard to beat.
