Which airlines fly into Hilton Head airport?

I could've sworn when I was checking flights that United did, but now when I enter our dates, it's telling me no. We are flying into NY from HHI in August. I know we may have to fly out of Savannah, but was just curious.

Also, does anyone know which airlines fly direct? Thanks!

I think it's USAirways out of Charlotte as the only "scheduled" airline.

I would suggest Savannah - I live in Charleston and my sister visits from NYC and always has a problem either coming or going - no matter what time of year it seems like on one end her flight gets cancelled. I know Savannah is usually cheaper to fly in and out of as well - and it's closer than Charleston to HH. I think that would be your best bet, but I don't know who flies direct. I know Delta has direct flights from Chas to NYC - but haven't checked Savannah...

Savannah is very close, but has limited service. Jacksonville is much closer than any city in North Carolina such as Raleigh or Charlotte. I believe it is only a 2.5 hour drive from Jacksonville to HHI.

I think Delta flies there from Atlanta. Rental cars are more expensive on HH then Savannah and cheapest in Jacksonville based on my past experience.
