Which ADR should I cancel?

I made ADR's on my 90 day mark and got all I wanted for me(32), DH(35) and DD(3). First trip in 20 years. Then today I got a CRT b'fast for the day we go home. So now my plan is to cancel one and pay oop for one (Hollywood and Vine b'fast) in order to make up for 2 credits at CRT. We are during free dining. So which one of these do you think I should cancel? I just can't decide.
9-17 Crystal Palace- dinner
9-18 WCC-dinner
9-20 Ohana's- dinner
9-21 H & V- b'fast- not really an option, DD LOVES Little Einsteins
9-22 1900 Park Fare- dinner
9-23 Le Cellier- dinner
Thanks so much.

Since you can't give up Hollywood & Vine, I would then say 1900 Park Fare. All the others are great and keepers!

Wow you have some great ADR's! :thumbsup2

I had to post my complete disagreement with the PP (so of the seas please take no offense :lmao:). DO NOT GIVE UP 1900 PF FOR DINNER!

I'm assuming that your kids are young (just re-read and saw she's 3), liking the Little Einsteins and all, so I would give up WCC unless you're staying at the Wilderness Lodge. 3 may be a little young for the antics at WCC.

And let me qualify my post. I did a "boy's only" trip with my DS4 (soon to be 5) in May 2009. We stayed at the WL and ate at all of the places in your list (except Le Celier which I actually dropped for Tutto figuring my DS would like that better). Also, we did do Ohana for Breakfast not dinner, but the atmosphere and characters were so great I can say I wouldn't drop it.

We loved the WCC, loved the atmosphere, antics, pony races and all, but Drizella, Anastasia and Lady Tremaine made 1900PF the best dining experience we had at Disney the entire week.

And, the character interaction with Cinderella was WAY better than I've ever received at CRT. My son acutally hid under the table when she arrived and Cindy went under the table to get him! She said she often plays hide and seek with Jaq and Gus (the mice!). I was blown away!

When I called on my 90+10 ADR day for our August trip 1900PF wasn't available for any night of my trip and I called right at 7am. I've been trying to get it almost daily since the online reservations went live and was finally able to get it via phone 2 days ago.:banana::banana:

My DS loved being able to meet a real Prince! Here are a few pics from May.

Don't just cancel them... Please go to the wanted board and see if you can help someone out who wants what you aren't going to use.

While 'Ohanas and Le'Cellier are 2 of my favorite restuarants at Disney, I'd say cancel one of these --- and more Le'Cellier than 'Ohanas. Seems you are going for the family experience and Le'Cellier is just not a family oriented restaurant. While it is WONDERFUL, I'd skip it and focus on the kids... If you really want Le'Cellier, then drop 'Ohanas which does not have characters at dinner.

I would cancel WCC in a heartbeat. Terrible service (over two hours and never even ordered dessert); food was mediocre (and that's being nice!) and DH got very ill on the meat in the skillet (and we know it was the meat, because it was the only thing I didn't eat because I was disgusted with the rest of it).

I would drop WCC. My review explains my reasons. :)
Good luck whatever you decide.

Pros:
Seated Quickly
Cornbread

Cons:
Poor Service
Mediocre Food
Long Long Wait for Everything

We had lunch here for the first time, which will also be the last. The decorations in the resort were worth seeing, but this was our absolute worst dining experience in all of Disney dining experiences.

The service was AWFUL!!! It took 15 minutes for our waitress to come to the table and get a drink order. It took another 20 minutes to get that tea on our table. Anytime we needed refills, it took 10 - 15 minutes each time. I am not exaggerating.

We ordered 1 skillet, 1 pulled pork sandwich, Kids mac & cheese and 1 chicken sandwich. None of us were real crazy about the food. The cornbread in the skillet was good, however. My sister enjoyed the skillet, but said all of the meats taste pretty close to the same. Chicken and beef were interchangeable I guess.

We spent a total of 2.75 hours in this restaurant AFTER being seated while we waited and waited and waited for drinks, appetizers, dessert and dinner.

Our server was not attentive at all and her attitude kind of stunk. I am not talking about the play attitude that comes with the restaurant, I mean she had a real attitude.

At one point, she sat at the table across from us chatting with those people for more than 15 minutes. We were waiting on refills and our food. Might explain why the food was just warm.

Overall, I give it a C- for this experience.

Oh, I wanted to tell you I would certainly keep 1900 Park Fare. BEST character meal I have ever done!!!!

I'd personally drop either WCC or LeCellier (ONLY due to child's age). Please do not cancel 1900 PF for dinner! So much fun!!!

I would drop WCC in a heartbeat. The service was sooooo slow. In fact it was so slow that after being there almost two hours, my girls were falling asleep at the table and we took a taxi back to the hotel. And that was BEFORE desert which was included as we were on the dxddp. We had not received any refills we asked for on the skillet, etc. We will not be returning.

Everything else looks great!

Yep, agree with most of the above, drop WCC (save it for when she's a little older and will enjoy the antics).

DO NOT cancell 1900 PF. Best time with Cindy and friends! :thumbsup2 (and I love the strawberry soup)

.

Definitely keep 1900 Park Fare!!! It's great!! I would personally cancel Le Cellier, its way overhyped, and i have had too many terrible meals there. Ohana's is another one of our fav meals, and lots of fun!

WCC for me too.

We had a rule that we only kept one TS the same from one trip to the next so that we could try out lots of different restaurants, and of the 6 we did in 2007 the first that my family eliminated from the list for 2009 was WCC. (FWIW the one that survived was Ohana dinner)

Actually that rule is having to be modified for the 2011 trip as having tried many new places this year the family have asked (nay, demanded) that we return to both Ohana and Coral Reef, so my one repeat only rule is out of the window.

I wouldn't drop any of them. Your going to have to eat dinner that night anyway. CS is going to cost between a 1/3 to a 1/2 of a TS meal (entree and dessert) anyway. I'd just pay OOP for the cheapest one.

I would drop 1900's park we were very dissapointed in the food and just the whole thing was dissapointing

Of the character meals you have listed 1900 PF could be dropped -Now let me explain lol. My DD had just turned four last year when we went and PF was her least favorite, yes she loved Cindy (but you'll meet her at CRT) she wasn't thrilled with the step sisters though they were a little too loud for her and at her age she really didn't get the 'comedy' and 'whining' they do, although personally I loved them!

If you really want to give up a character meal, save 1900 PF for next time when she's a little older.;)

Another Vote for WCC. It's not what it used to be, just not worth the trip. Like the other poster said, the only way I would keep it is if you are staying at WL and it allows you to have a dinner close to home. :thumbsup2
