Which 1-credit TS dinner after AK?

Which 1-credit TS resturant would you recommend for dinner for 4 adults after a day at Animal Kingdom? What time would you recommend we make the ADR for?

Maybe a resturant close to AK since we will already be in the area. We won't have a car so we'll be using Disney transportation. I think there may be a lot of recommendations for Boma but would like to hear recommendations for other places as well. Thanks!

There is not alot around AK other than Boma at AKL. Depending on when you are going and park hours, there is the RFC at AK and maybe the new Yak & yeti (don't even get me started about the name )

What about going DTD? Then you will also have transportation back to your resort? Wolfgang Pucks is yummy, and DTD can be a lovely destination at the end of the night.

DTD sounds like a good option. Since we plan to do AK on Sunday 11/4/07 and won't have our jackets, would the "typical" weather be chilly at night during that time period? We are staying at POR so could go back to our rooms to freshen up, pick up jackets and take the ferry to DTD.

I would definately go to BOMA, it is delicious Went there last May and going again for free dining in August. The food is yummy and the desserts are to die for

Another Vote for BOMA. we had Thanksgiving dinner there in '06 AWESOME the wife still taks apbout the desserts, and probably the best buffet in all the Dis' World. Especially something called a zebra cake. Or something like that, she loved them and I think she ate so many her blood alcohol level went up, they have some alcohol in them. Plus the atmosphere is perfect after a day at the AK. My 2 cents worth.

Is Boma outdoors dining? Does it require a credit card deposit for an ADR? I would hate to lose a deposit if we didn't go because of rain.

We're planning on doing Wolfgang Puck at DTD after our AK day. Since AK closes at 5 during our trip, this will give us a nice evening activity, as we plan to enjoy DTD and Pleasure Island that evening. The menu looks fabulous and its a very good TS value, I love Wolfgang Puck but it's hard to justify paying that much for a meal, so DDP is perfect .

How much time are you allotting to get from AK to Wolfgang Puck for your ADR?

We went to Aritist Point at WL. But, you wanted a 1 TS, so Kona Cafe would be good. Where will you be staying? It might be better to be closer to your resort if you are done for the day after AK.

Boma is not an outside restaurant and it does not require a credit card to make a reservation. It is located in the Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Everytime we go to AK, we eat dinner at a resort or DTD. There are so many options. Actually, the last time we went, we ate at the Hoop Dee Do Revue after AK. We went back to our room and freshened up and then went to the 7pm dinner.
