Where's the Napolean Bonaparte Bridge in Jacksonville?

On the way to Florida next week - we always go down A1A for the scenic route.
I'd like to know exactly where the Napolean Bonaparte bridge is. We've been over it only once before and I'd like to take my nieces over it, but can't remember how I ended up there.

Is there a certain exit to take off I-95 or a certain town to look for that will get me there?

Hoping some of you will know what I'm talking about. Thanks!

its the big shiny silver one over st johns bay on hwy ........ok big blank now that i'm typing, arggggggg i know thism its just 2 miles or so from my sis inlaws condo,,, its on the loop around jacksonville,,, used to be st johns bluff was name of road off beach ave, i cannot ermeber the hwy number sooo i'll look it up in a bit and post again btw its really pretty at night when its all lit up

Coming down I-95 where do you get off to get to this bridge??

just past the Airport Exit, the exit says FL 9-A, Jacksonville Beaches. That leads you to the bridge.

That's my several-times-a-year path to our family in Florida!

BTW, there are a couple of cruise ships going out of Jacksonvill now, the Miracle and Zenith, I think. The Port is directly underneath the bridge, it would be cool if your timing coincided with a ship being in/leaving port!

Also, if you ask anyone there, it's not the "Napolean Bonatparte Bridge" - it's the Dames Point Bridge - the community which was mostly displaced once the bridge was built is the Dames Point area - wow, the disputes over the "bridge to nowhere" as critics called it, started probably 10-15 years before it was done. Living in Jacksonville my whole life until about 5 years ago, I can barely remember life without it and the convenience it gave us all!
