Between Ebay, maple leaf, ticketmania, and undercover tourists, where are the cheapest tickets at? :confused3

I need two 10-day no expiration adults and two 10-day no expiration for kids base tickets.

The best price I've found so far is about $1250. I'm not going till August 07' so I'm looking a little early trying to find the best deal for my money.

Thanks in advance for the help,

Gabe

I'd steer clear of Ebay, too many horror stories on tickets from Ebay.

If you don't subscribe to the mousesavers.com newsletter, sign up for it. Mary usually has links to discounted tickets. I think lately she's been referring business to Undercovertourist.

Before making a decision, check out what regular full price tickets are. You can buy gift cards through Quick Rewards or Sunshine Rewards and earn 10% or 8% back, respectively. That may be a better discount than what the brokers could get for you. I haven't priced tickets in ages (I buy annual passes), but I know that when I was buying them that the discounts offered through the brokers wasn't a huge discount.

Good luck!

Currently the gate price, including tax, would be $1,497.39. That at least gives you something to compare to.

Haven't hears of the rewards cards. What are they?

Thanks Cheshire for getting those prices for me!!

I have an account with Sunshine Rewards, so I can speak to that one. Although, I believe it's probably very similar to Quick Rewards.

Basically, it's what I call a kick-back site. You register with their site, then make purchases using their list of participating vendors, in this case Disney. After a small period of time, a kick-back appears in your account at the site. You can then use the kick back to buy additional gift cards or have the money deposited to your paypal account.

I bought gift cards to use when we go down in April. I ordered the cards last weekend and within a few days I had a pending credit in my Sunshine Rewards account. Once the pending status is released, I can use the credits to buy more cards or have the money sent to Paypal. Either way, it's money I wouldn't have otherwise gotten.

Good stuff so far, realy looking into the reward programs like QR and SR to earn a little money back on my trip.

NOT EBAY!! That is the best place to get scammed.

Beyond that I can't really attest to the reliability of any of the others. I always stick with Disney since the savings is never enough for me to go elsewhere.

I just got 4tickets plus 2 extra days for a family of four (2 10+ and 2 3-9)
for $777.00. they are expiring though. I order them from under cover tourist.

Buying the expiring magic your tickets are saving me money in the short term. We are for sure going again because my girls are small and love everything princess. Buying the no expiration is gonna save me about $150.

What do most people do when buying tickets?

Gabe from Texas!!

I bought four adult 10 day non-expiration park hoppers when the new MYW tickets first came out three years ago. They came with 5 plus options and cost $341.00

It has really worked out well for us. We like to go into the parks a couple of days per trip but we also want to be able to just relax and enjoy the resorts for a few days. The prices of the 2 or 3 day expiry hoppers are just insane.

It was hard to shell out the money at the time but we ended up being very happy we did. We don't feel committed to be in the parks everyday.

I just posted elsewhere about DWTickets.com. Even though they do not show sales tax until checkout, I still found their prices to be lower than Ticketmania, Undercovertourist, etc.

Sorry I can't help with dwtickets but undercovertourist the price displayed is the price and shipping is free! They are reliable !! I already ordered 3 tickets for my April trip through them and recieved them w/i 4 days!!!!!! When you recieve them there is a note in there telling you to make sure your days and type are correct or they cannot be returned if they are open ! Very reliable and comparable to the disney website.:thumbsup2

I've always been very happy with Undercovertourist, and they've ALWAYS been the cheapest on the tickets I buy!:thumbsup2

I priced dwtickets.com and by the time you add in sales tax and shipping, they are not cheaper -- not more expensive, either though. The companies mentioned here were all within a a dollar of each other. I've never used dwtickets, so I can't say anything about thier service. I've read on this board though that others have had good service from them.

There's not really a company out there that has huge discounts for Disney. The venders are all pretty close to each other price-wise. Believe me if there were, you'd find out about it from these disney budgeters! Probably your best bet is to subscribe to the Mousesavers newsletter and use the links from there for a little extra discount.

Thanks for the reply. I can't remember now what their prices were. It seems as though some offer sales at times therefore prices need to be checked at all the places to see which are cheaper at the time of buying. So I just wanted to know if they were reputable.
