Where's my Sponsor logo?

I signed up as a sponsor a few weeks ago (Gold, 2 yers) but my sponsorship logo hasn't started showing up yet.

I ponied up for the $20 level and haven't gotten a logo either.

Also, I'm still having trouble with the Resorts Board. It's my favorite and I can barely use it.

Can I get a refund?

I don't really want a refund. And I also don't think the $20 level gets me into the sponsorship forum.

However, I would like my logo to appear.

And I really, really want the Resorts Board to be accessible. It is not in its current set-up.
