Where's my papers???!!! LOL

I know its too early still but I am sooo anxious to get all my paperwork from DVC. We purchased on the 1st, but I'm just soooo excited!!!

What's the lead time these days?

My DW and I joined on Wed and our guide said that it could take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days. He was probably being conservative with that estimate but he did say that on the 1st they had over 200 new contracts and that Wed, the last day of F&F, they expected more. He also said that we will have till the end of the month to bank points without penalty (we have Aug UY) if need be and if there were any issues to call him and he would take care of it.

I got my papers yesterday! I stayed up late last night reading over all the stuff and benefits. I told DH we should have bought more points!!! I can definitely see adding on more points in the very near future.

We contacted our guide on 1/30 to inform her we were buying and we got our papers on 2/3. Had everything signed and sent back by 2/5. We can't wait for our first trip in three weeks!

I got my FIRST set of papers very quickly, but there was an error that needed correction. I haven't seen the new set yet and it's been almost two weeks. They said they got slammed the last few days of the great offer, so I'm trying to be patient, but...

We got ours today!! We bought on the last day so a week and a doy was not bad turn around. Also had the call from MS on Monday afternoon to welcome us to DVC.

Now I have some bedtime reading, lol.

DH has a convention in Orlando this weekend so we all went over yesterday (us and the kids) and stayed overnight, I convinced DH to bring the contract to SSR this morning....and we purchased another 50 points! So, instead of the minimum 150 points we now have 200...and the best part is we still got the 15% F & F discount!!!!
