Wheres George?

Anyone ever get one of these bills...... Wheresgeorge.com? I have gotten a couple and always register them...... so far none of the bills I have gotten have been enterend again

Just wondering if anyone else does this...... and what has your money been up too?

I have gotten some, but never took the time to find out where they had been. Probably leave my wallet too fast to go home and use the computer anyways!

I've entered lots of bills and actually have had quite a few show up. But I got my first one the other day with the Where's George on it that I could reply too. It helps if you highlight either the website or the bill serial number to attract someone's attention. The closest I had reply was here in town and the farthest was in Pennsylvania.

I'm a Georger!!! I've entered 480 bills worth $3,871. I've got 33 bills that have hits, which makes my hit ratio at 6.88% DW thinks I'm nuts to do this, but alas it's become sorta of an addiction. I've even had stamps made so that I don't have to hand write all the bills.

I'll be bringing some pre-Georged bills to DIScon with me to hand out. I'm anxious to see how many bills get hit in Florida.

Funny you brought this up .... I just the other day got a "WheresGeorge" bill, and wondered what the heck it was. I was curious so I went to the website and registered it. I was the second entry, the first was from April in Absecon, NJ. So that is about 100 miles from me. I don't fully understand everything - but this website sounds pretty interesting. I guess I will keep an eye out for other bills!

Geocachers (as in www.geocaching.com) will often hide/leave Where's George bills in their caches for others to find & log. We hide lots of other stuff in the caches too.

We are "wandering4cache" on that site. Any other cachers?
