Where's Best Place to get Tix for IOA + Univ.

Family is interested in IOA for a day and possibly seeing Universal again. We will be staying on site a RPH and arriving around 4:30pm at the hotel.
Do the parks have any late entry deals??
What is the best place to buy tix or the best deal that is avail.
We leave on Sat. 11/30. I saw people talk about multi day tix that don't expire on the 2nd day where would we get these?
