I dont like the fact that nothing is ever mentioned in the program. How about just a .. Charles wont be working with us, has gone to something else, etc. Its the polite thing to do instead of keeping everyone curious.

Well yes and no...I think the polite thing to do is to just inform the listeners that Charles and the Dis have mutually agreed to part way and wish him luck in his new endeavors. To see him vanish is not cool
