Mind you we will have our 3 boys with us ( 3 1/2, 7 and 9). I was thinking Le Cellier but saw that it was rated "low" for suitability to children in the Fodor's book.

Marrakesh! It's great for adults and children alike. They have "regular" food on the kids menu and you and your husband will be able to try something different. The restaurant is beautiful and all of you will enjoy the entertainment.

I think Le Cellier would still be suitable and the food is very good! Also, maybe Biergarten, very loud and a buffet for everyone. One thing about Marrakesh, we were there this past Nov with our 4 and 1.5 yr old..well, we were there right at 5, and I had to leave with 1.5 yr old, cuz she was not very quiet, and it was like a library in there. The belly dancer and music only lasted for about 10 min of our 50 min dinner.

My kids have always found something they like at Le Cellier. I would try it!

We did lunch at Le Cellier last trip and our kids were 8 and 11, they enjoyed it and did fine. The kids desserts are sooooo cute! Also they were very accomodating to DD who doesn't eat steak and asked for a plain grilled chicken breast with mashed potatoes.

Other Epcot WS restaurants my kids did great at and liked were:

Teppanyaki
SAI
Rose and Crown (had a bad experience at check in but food and server were ok)

Next trip we are taking our kids to:
Marakkesh-new for us
Biergarten- new for us
Le Cellier
Teppanyaki

PS. Have you checked out menus on the allearsnet website??? Very helpful when dining with children.

I agree with the previous post. We just went to WDW one month ago and I reviewed the menus at allearsnet before our trip. The menus on allearsnet.com were very consistent with the actual menus.

We took our DD5, DD4 and DS2 to Coral Reef. The food was outstanding and the view of the aquarium inside the restaurant is one of a kind. It kept our kids entertained as we waited for our food.

germany - there is a lot of choice on the buffet, they have a children's price for the buffet (around 10.00, adults around 20.00) they have live music for part of the time and the children are invited to go to the dance floor to participate ... we always have a good time and then we watch illuminations
have a great trip!

:goodvibes Le cellier would be fine for your kids, it's Disney World and kids are everywhere. My boys have been to Le Cellier more times than I can count. The food is wonderful, they hand out crayons and a sheet with games and puzzles to do, they'll be fine.

My two girls(18 mths and 6 at the time) did great at Le Cellier.I would not hesitate to go there with my four.Go and Enjoy. :)

We've been to LeCellier several times, the first being when I was 11. I loved it then and I still love it. I think any of the restaurants in Epcot will be fine. None of them are Chuck E. Cheeses but it is Disney and there are kids everywhere. We went to Chefs de France on our last trip and thought it was fabulous and there were several families with little kids. Biergarten in Germany is another great place. I don't think you could go wrong with any of them. They all have such great cultural aspects and interesting atmospheres.

We ate at Biergarten,in Germany, and both of my picky eaters found something good to eat. If you do eat at Biergarten, be sure to go when there is a show! Quite entertaining!!

the biergartin in germany is awesome..we went there in october and we have two children 8 and 5 at the time and they loved it !!!

We were just at Le Cellier a couple of weeks ago with our 5 children and it was by far the BEST meal of the trip!! The kids want me to book it twice for our next trip! Don't pass it up, you won't be dissapointed at all ;)

I think Le Cellier would be a great choice. We saw many families with young children there last month. San Angel Inn would also be a good choice.

we have eaten china, mexico, canada and my now 5 year old was 3 when we went to mexico and he had a very tough time of it because it is pretty dark in there and he hated to volcano. canada was great this year we had 6 kids ages 5-18 and all were well behaved and had a grea time.

we enjoy rose and crown when we are there with the neices and nephews.

Le Cellier would be fine. Your kids would like it and so would you. I would not recommend Marrakesh. We were there just two weeks ago and the food and service were terrible. Marrakesh had been one of our favorites in the past.

Your kids might like Teppanyacki. The food is pretty basic but the restaurant is a lot of fun.
