Where would YOU dine in Disney to celebrate your wedding?

Ordering room service.

Someone on the DIS has posted about a private dining experience at the Grand Floridian. It sounded really nice (I think it was on a balcony somewhere, with a private butler/server). This would be nice for a couple if you weren't into V&A

That area around World Showcase that's often roped off for wedding receptions or other catered events. That area between France and the United Kingdom.

But if you're taking about a place to have a sit down meal....definitely Shula's at the WDW Dolphin.

Our big dinner on our honeymoon was Narcoossee (it was my birthday on our honeymoon so we went for both). This is one place my husband had actually asked to return to so I'd say it was a winner for us.

At whichever "fancy" place you'll most enjoy the cuisine. Very few of the signatures appeal to me, so I'd probably pick Il Mulino.

The room service thing is interesting too

I've read some great reviews from folks staying at the Poly who ordered the 'Ohana feast sent to the room, that would be interesting & different. For me, if I'm marrying the same person I married last time (43 years ago) we'd choose Citrico's. V&A must be awesome, but DW is too picky to make the most of it.

When my wife & I had an infant, we enjoyed a similar room service experience at a hotel in Washington D.C. (my wife had never shopped on the Mall - lol).

I'm good with food - but my plan worked better once letting the professionals take over.

We celebrate that occasion by enjoying a bottle of wine from the same vineyard (Peay).:wave2:

Just a quick question for my expert Disney pals? Where would you like to go if you could go anywhere in Disney to celebrate your wedding?

I was THINKING Flying Fish as it looks so classy with the redesign

What say you team?

Victoria & Albert's. Chef's Table or Queen Victoria Room.

Well, you said anywhere :). BEST Restaurant - Victoria and Albert's, about $600 for a party of two.... :).

But another consideration.... if this is WEDDING day? You are going to be tired. You might want to consider these SIG's, and keep V&A for your first Anniversary....

1) California Grill at Contemporary - ask for Walter, WELL ahead of time :).
2) Shula's at the Dolphin - ask for Brandy :).
3) Citrico's GF - ask for Kiera :).

Any of these three will run about $95-$110 a plate, done right. They are ALL excellent :).

Now, ALL but V&A can do VERY WELL with a Wedding Party, if that is what you will be doing.

Another vote for Yachtsman Steakhouse. Great service, great food and we love the theme and style of it.
