where would I go to seeif something is blocking sites from opening

Im at a lose--

theres certain sites I go on that I get where the site doesnt load
it thinks and after quite some time either goes white where just the upper part where I typed in the site is showing
or I get a message to check proxy or firewall

I had issues a while ago and someone on here recommended usisng different browsers which I did and things were great for a long time

But no matter what browers I use its the same thing--for a very short time things were working on a couple of sites but now nothing

You can try clearing the cache from your web browser, instead of the Ctl-Alt-Del use Ctl-Shift-Del and see if that helps.

@Dznypal, I'm going to suggest going back to some of your old posts asking the same questions and making sure you follow those same instructions. They're pretty much going to be the same. If you continue having issues, simply add on to one of those threads saying you've tried everything listed.
