I would say walmart. walmart seems to always be cheaper than anything else.

Walgreens will be closer to your hotel. By the time you add in driving and all of the fun that entails, Walgreens will be cheaper.

You might find out that purchasing film before you leave Canada is the cheapest option. I have managed to get Kodak ASA 200 film at Canadian Tire for under $2.99/24 exp. roll. It survived x-rays from Toronto to Tel Aviv and back again -- it will survive anything Toronto Airport security and TSA folks can throw at it.

There is an Eckerd's directly across the street from BV Suites! Their prices would be comparable to Walgreens.
