if i knew HOW i would in a heartbeat! Yesterday's game was canceled!!! So meg and i went to Hobby Lobby!
I don't like hobby lobby.. now i need to run to Michaels...

BUT she has a game tonight and the make up is scheduled for tomorrow...

it's COLD out today!!! Can't drink at the game since I will be working out with DA SISTER tonight. Zumba! never did it might be interesting.


Kids found out yesterday MOM IS LEAVING THE HOUSE!
this did not go over very well.. I have NEVER been away from them so i am feeling guilty, sad. I will probably go overboard with gifts for them

i cannot wrap my head around this... If your vacation is costing the exact same as if your calling then how are they making money?

Theoretically... Disney (I think) loses $$ when TAs book... Not necessarily "loses" - more precicely - makes less of a profit. It doesn't change the price I pay - so I am just as happy.

Please dont' think less of me, again, i am trying to understand... If your doing everything yourself why are you using a TA???

Maybe I didn't explain it right... I am not doing everything myself... I COULD have her do everything for me if I wanted - but that is not how I wanted it to be. Does that make sense? She is also there all the time for me, I send her PMs/texts.. whatever and she advises me on what I should do - she has helped me iron out many situations. Honestly... She probably would have helped me, even if I hadn't booked through her, but it was only fair - IMO - to let Disney pay her for helping me.

This particular TA is a good friend of mine, she has given me TONS of great advice over the years - free of charge - why not let her make a little money off of my trip - especially since it doesn't cost me any more or any less than what I would pay if I booked myself.

this is where i would think you lose the Disney magic feeling?!?!

Nope - not one bit... The ONLY difference between calling her and calling Disney, is that I don't have to sit on hold forever and she doesn't play Disney music for me if I was to be on hold... But I own several Disney CDs, so I just play them all the time to make up for not being on hold and listening to their music.

you have her to call for you.. and possibly add or find the best deal.
otherwise you pretty much do everything.. which doesn't sound half bad...

The only reason I do everythign - is because I WANT to do everything... I could just tell her right now to take care of the rest of my trip, and she would. But that's not how I want it - I am a control freak about my Disney trips, and I love to plan them.

My future DIL loves Hobby Lobby...I get her gift cards there all the time for birthday, Christmas, etc.

No i haven't!!! at least it is only 2 actual days away from them.. and i will talk to them everyday! i will miss them. when i get back i may turn around and leave again!! i can only imagine what the house will look like!

I am SO READY to get away for a couple of days!!!! Another crazy LONG weekend. won't get into too many details.. as you all get a little upset!
Let's just say everything i had planned to get accomplished didn't. I'm so dead tired today.
TODAY i will be getting everything done I need to get done for Thursday!! So again another VERY busy day...

I have to work today and tomorrow ~ off on Thursday fly out (please pray for good weather)
Going to pull the kids out of school early. 1 so i can say goodbye to them! 2. Tom can drive me to the airport. Plan on being there at 2:00! Suzi should be in Chicago at 2:15ish. we can meet get a coffee/drink/ shop in the overly expensive gifts!? Who knows there are some good photo ops. I will have all my electronics with me i will NOT check them in.
once we are in Minn safe and sound we will let the fun begin!

OK i have a ton of editing to do for the American Legion! i will try to post a few!
