...hospital, home, or some other place?

I was born in a hospital around 9pm. My Mum said I was born just before the news started on TV, I don't think she was watching it though!

My Dad and one of my nephews were home births but the rest of my immediate family were born in hospital.

I was born in a hospital. Unfortunatly though, while my mother was in labor with me her appendix burst. They never knew it. After I was born and she didn't get better, just got sicker, they finally figured it out. it took her about a year to recover! I ended up being raised by a nurse for the first year.

3 of my children were born in a hospital, the 4th one I had at home with a midwife. If I could do it all over again, I'd have all 4 of them at home!

In a Air Force Hospital in Okinawa, Japan. I almost was delivered in the car on the way - I was just too anxious to be born.

DH was born at home. His mother didn't figure out that the baby was really coming until too late

I was born in a hospital. My younger sister was born in a planned home birth.

My first two kids were born in hospitals, but if I have another baby, I'd like to have a home birth.

Baptist Hospital in Fort Payne, Alabama. It's no longer a hospital now though-it's retirement home. My kids get a kick out of that.

My mom stayed for 6 days after and the bill was $150!! That was 1964
