As usual we ate well at Disney World!! Here are the places we ate...

6/3 - House of Blues - the food was real good, especially the Voodoo Shrimp w/ Rosemary Cornbread and caesar salad - Service was good, too.

6/4 - Rainforest Cafe Downtown Disney - Coconut shrimp, Caesar Salad, Awesome Appetizer, Blue Mountain Chicken Sandwich all were very good and large portions. Service was very good.

6/5 - Boma - Everything was wonderful as usual!! The Banana Bread Pudding and vanilla custard sauce was out of this world!! Service very good!

6/6 - Wolfgang Puck Cafe - Quesadilla appetizer. caesar salad, Rigatoni were all very tasty and service was good.

6/7 - ESPN Club at BWI - Beef and Cheese sandwich was good, Rueben was great, probably one of the best I've had, tender corned beef and lots of cheese and sauerkraut!!. Buffalo chicken sandwich was real good, too. Service was pretty good.

6/8 - Brown Derby - The food was good, filet, potatoes, crabcake appetizer, grapefruit cake, chocolate flourless cake....but the best was the Bananas Foster Cheesecake. It was fabulous. We felt like we were rushed (in and out in less than 1 hour) but it was OK. Service pretty good otherwise. Next time we will do one of the other restaurants for Fantasmic. We arrived 20 prior to Fantasmic and there was plenty of room!!

6/9 - Plaza Restaurant at MK - The sandwiches were very good, reuben, roat beef and club. Our waitress definately wanted to be someplace other than work that night. She was not at all friendly, never smiled, and acted like she was doing us a BIG favor to serve our food. Her name was Dot, so be warned.....The only unfriendly cm on our whole trip, but then we all have our days!! I would eat here again, though, it was a nice place!!

6/10 - Le Cellier - Well, this is a place that is on our must eat at list from now on!! The cheese soup was FANTASTIC, as was the filet and cream cheese mashed potatoes and caesar salad!! The bread and pretzel stick bread were great. The restaurant is such a nice getaway. Loved it!! Service was very good!!

Counter service places we ate...

Columbia Harbour House - real good food!!

DOLE WHIPS were SO good. After 9 trips, we finally tried some, thanks to the people on this board. Another must eat item!!

Pecos Bill's Cafe - good counter service food. Loved the fixin's bar!!

Thanks for sharing your reviews. It sounds like you had some terrific meals. What time did you eat at House of Blues, and did you make a PS or did you just walk in? I'm planning to go there this fall and wasn't sure if I'd need a PS or not.

Thanks!

Pat

I noticed you ate at a couple of our favs Le Cellier and Boma. We have never eaten at the Brown Derby. How would you compare it to the others? Thanks

Yum! Your reviews made my tummy growl ::yes::

At LeCellier, how was the maple barbeque sauce glaze that was on your Filet Mignon? I normally do not put anything on my steaks,so I had wondered how strong the sauce was.The Cream Cheese M.Potatoes do sound delicious! I cannot wait till we eat there.

Was it because it was a Fantasmic dinner that you felt rushed at Brown Derby?
We plan to eat there for lunch, so I am wondering if things will be alot less hectic then.

Thanks so much for the reviews!!
Chris

inky dinky doo - We had PS for House of Blues at 5:00pm. If you have an AP you get a 20% discount on your dinner before 6:00pm. so we made them a little earlier than usual.

SnowWitch - I would definnately eat at Le Cellier or Boma before Brown Derby again. It not that the food wasn't good, it was, just not a favorite!!

TooBoyz4us - The maple glaze on the filet was great! It was not strong, just a light taste. I don't eat anything on my steak either, but this was wonderful!! It wasn't that we needed to rush off to Fantasmic, but just that our plates were scooped up and immediately replaced with the next course. 50 minutes just seemed a bit rushed to us, and that time included paying the bill.....Might not be so rushed at lunch!

Thanks for mentioning the AP discount, Robin. We have APs, so I'll have to take advantage of that.
