Where to you keep all your trip info?

I made a spreadsheet with color coding many trips ago. I have tabs for reservations and pricing when starting to plan the trip.

The main tab has what park we are planning to go to each day and our diner reservations.

I can fit each day in a plastic card holder for hard copy and also see it on my phone.

I don't have a smartphone, so I bought a big clear plastic envelope at Dollar Tree. It even snaps shut. All confirmations, tickets, gift cards, coupons, etc. go in there. Sure keeps me organized, and I stick it in my carry-on so it is always with me traveling.

I have a schedule in a text document on my phone, and before I leave I print out a copy and put it in my carry-on as a backup. All my confirmations are flagged as important in my email so I can find them if necessary, but the confirmation numbers do go into the schedule document too.

I also have separate text documents on my phone with lists of things like FP+ kiosk locations, potential Photopass magic shot locations, major pin trading locations, etc as well as one with notes about which attractions I can't bring my ECV through the queue for. I don't bother printing backups of these, since I can find the information again without too much effort if I really have to. I used to keep lists of good places to see fireworks and parades, but I've basically learned those by now, so I deleted the documents.

I used to do laminated hard-copy lists, schedules on note cards, etc. I also tried organizational apps. But something about making a plaintext list in a standard document just works for me. :lmao: :thumbsup2

Google Drive for all my confirmation numbers, overall schedule, important phone numbers and strategy notes.

Tip i learned so that we could keep tabs on our FP+ times w/o having to launch MDE every time was that I took a screen grab of the day on MDE and made that photo my lock screen image. This way all I had to do was hit the main button and see the times, never needing to even technically 'launch' the phone. Saved power pretty well.

I use Colornote on my phone for all my confirmations/lists. Then I have a picture of them as well. Then we also have a printout of the picture of all the confirmations, and that gets updated as the picture gets updated - the printout will come with us to Florida. I also have all of the confirmations sent to my email, so I can pull from there as well with a simple search. What doesn't come to me, goes to my mom, so one or both of us have copies.

Gotta love technology!

I've been keeping all of my confirmations and Disney mail in a manila envelope, but I like the idea of a binder. I may get one of those this week to keep everything in. Thanks for the idea!

I made several documents, using EasyWDW's and YourFirstVisits crowd calendars, and the WDW month calendar. Condensed down our vacation trip days, and entered the information for what park, FP+, hours etc. I then just converted that to PDF and emailed it to myself. Opened it in IBooks on my IPod to save it to my library.

I also did one in MDE, chose from my web browser, Chose File Print, and instead of my printer, chose "adobe pdf" That creates a pdf of the page you are on, reservation, FP+ etc. So just did the ones I wanted, and put them in Ibooks too by emailing and opening.

I printed out hard copies, but I never needed them. Since you really need to have access from a phone, tablet etc in the park anymore for FP+, I just used my IPod Touch. It was all right where I needed it. :cutie:
